The time has come to get down out of the mountains, up off the couch, or back up from the south and get out on the water of the Puget Sound. There is no way better to kick off the season that getting together for a meet and greet between two awesome sportboat fleets the J/70s and the J/80s. It looks like we are going to have a mixed PHRF start between the two fleets for PSSR and Wednesday night racing. Considering the close proximity between these two hull types in both design and ratings (J/70 rates 126 and J/80 rates 129) this is as close to OD racing as PHRF can get and makes for excellent practice for the lead up to the Seattle NOOD Regatta. As a reminder the Seattle NOOD Regatta is both a Worlds qualifier with three open slots up for grabs it is also the Northwest Regional Championship.
